I am a book maker and I love books. I wanted a box to store my trinkets and metal parts, so I made one that looks like a book.

These boxes has been made to wow anyone you would ever want to give a gift to! Although I got each box as a plain pine wood box, my finished pieces look like they carry a long history. They have many layers of paint and patinas to achieve this worn vintage pirate look. If you are looking for something truly unique, this is one of a kind!

The "covers" feature real maps of the Admiralty. In the center, there is a raised metal Jolly Roger symbol over a golden compass. It has been treated with several timeworn techniques to achieve this unique look.

The finish has been made with several layers of ecological varnishes, to protect the artwork and ensure the vitality of colors for many years to come.
